How do I sign in on the iPhone app?

Open the Profile tab, tap “Sign in,” and enter the email tied to your account. You’ll get a one-tap magic-link email. Tap the link on your phone and the app signs you in automatically.

I’m not getting the sign-in email.

Check the spam folder first. Some providers hold the first link from us. If it still hasn’t arrived after five minutes, email support@blazesportsintel.com and we’ll send another sign-in link.

A team I follow is missing from the scores tab.

The team directory lists filed NCAA Division I programs. Score availability depends on what the named source returns for that date. If a listed team’s game is missing after the source updates, email us the team and date so we can trace it.

The app is stuck on a loading screen or showing no data.

Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check that your device has an active network connection. If both are fine, email us the team/league affected and we’ll trace it.

Can I start a new paid plan?

New paid plans aren't on sale. All features currently available to the public are free. The pricing page lists future tiers for context only.

How do I manage or cancel an existing subscription?

Open the account page and use Manage subscription to open the billing portal. If the portal does not open, email support@blazesportsintel.com from the address tied to the subscription.

Refunds?

If something broke and you’re unhappy, write to us from the account email with the charge date and we will review the billing record.
