How do I sign in on the iPhone app?

Open the Profile tab, tap “Sign in,” and enter the email tied to your subscription. You’ll get a one-tap magic-link email. Tap the link on your phone and the app signs you in automatically.

I’m not getting the sign-in email.

Check the spam folder first. Some providers hold the first link from us. If it still hasn’t arrived after five minutes, email support@blazesportsintel.com and we’ll manually send you a fresh key.

A team I follow is missing from the scores tab.

We cover MLB, NFL, NBA, NCAA baseball, and NCAA football. If a team in one of those leagues is missing, it’s a bug — let us know which team and which date and we’ll fix it fast.

The app is stuck on a loading screen or showing no data.

Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check that your device has an active network connection. If both are fine, email us the team/league affected and we’ll trace it.

How do I subscribe to Pro?

Visit blazesportsintel.com/pricing and check out through Stripe. You’ll get a subscriber key emailed to you. Paste the key into the iPhone app under Profile → Advanced to unlock Pro features there too.

How do I cancel?

Email support@blazesportsintel.com from the address tied to your subscription and we cancel it same-day, no retention friction. A self-service cancel flow is on the roadmap.

Refunds?

If something broke and you’re unhappy, write to us and we’ll make it right. We’re a small team; we’d rather refund and learn than argue.
