Sixteen four-team, double-elimination regionals. Win three games to advance. The top 16 national seeds host.
The 16 regional winners are paired into 8 best-of-three super regionals. The higher seed hosts; win two games to reach Omaha.
Eight teams, two double-elimination brackets at Charles Schwab Field Omaha, then a best-of-three final. Play begins June 12.
Hosting matters: national-seed hosts win regionals at a high clip, and a best-of-three at home is a real edge in the supers.
